Concrete paver engraving is achieved using a precision masking and sandblasting process. This concrete etching technique produces sharp edges and a clean, professional finish.
Some concrete pavers contain exposed aggregate. Because aggregate is harder than the surrounding concrete, it may etch at a different rate, resulting in variations in depth. This is a natural characteristic of the material and is not considered a defect. In fact, the variation creates a subtle texture that often enhances the engraved design's overall appearance.
Please refer to the image samples to see examples of this finish.
Production is done in our Factory at Chipping Norton - You send your pavers to us. We don't do onsite concrete engraving.
